My Name is Luke Sinagra, and I am the newest partner & roaster for Cunning House Coffee Company. Before getting into craft coffee I went to culinary school and worked as a chef. However, I have enjoyed coffee my entire adult life and once I discovered its many complexities & how much of an experience it could be, I knew I wanted to make a career of it. After spending a couple years sharpening my coffee service skills as a barista for The Black Canary Cafe in Springdale, PA, I met Don and found we had a shared vision for what specialty coffee should be. We’ve now teamed up to provide the best possible coffee experiences for our customers and community! In my free time, I train for global Strongman competitions, which is great practice for hoisting full sacks of green coffee at the roastery!
